The Signet Church of God along with its affiliated websites (“The World Tomorrow II” and “The Plain Truth II”) are all intended to perform the two main commissions of God’s one true Church. Those commissions are: 1) Preaching the gospel message of the soon coming Kingdom of God (Matthew 24:14); and, 2) “Feeding the flock,” which is just a biblically symbolic way of representing the responsibility we have for tending to the spiritual needs of God’s people (John 21:15-17; II Cor. 11:24).

The following terms of use (“Terms of Use”), in connection with the Privacy Policy, represent a legal agreement and govern all use of (1) the www.SCG.org website, which is owned by the Signet Church of God (hereafter “SCG”); (2) the www.WT2.online website, which is owned by the SCG; (3) the www.PT2.online website, which is owned by the SCG; and/or (4) any of the services or products offered by the SCG through any of these sites.

Please review these Terms of Use as they govern your use of our websites. By accessing, browsing, or using our website(s), you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms of use and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree then please do not use or access our sites or products.

The SCG controls and operates these websites which are hosted on a third-party webserver within the United States. Claims relating to, including the SCG content (as defined below), these Terms of Use and the Content (as defined below) contained herein are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard for its conflicts of law provisions.

Our websites enable our users to, among other things, provide an online portal through which donations to our charitable (501c3) organization can be made, through which our free products may be ordered and through which our free videos and podcasts can be downloaded or viewed. With regard to any SCG Church service, we reserve the right to provide specific content where a login and authentication may be required to comply with SCG membership requirements.

Otherwise, if you wish to use our website(s) for general purposes (i.e. product downloads or ordering or when making a charitable contribution), you will likely be asked to provide certain personal information to either us and/or our third party service providers; i.e. name, e-mail address, physical address, postal code, phone number, preferred contact methods, date of birth and the like. By way of information, it is our policy not to share, sell or market your personal information with others outside of our organization.

Furthermore, as a result of your visit to our website(s), there may be other impersonal information collected through our use of various analytic services (i.e. IP address, MAC address, etc.). Our website(s) may also contain links to third party websites that are not owned or controlled by our organization. The SCG makes no representations or warranties regarding any websites, information or content that may be accessible from our websites because they are not maintained, controlled or were they created by the SCG. The SCG will not censor or edit the content of any third-party websites. Additionally, because the SCG does not control any of the non-SCG websites or the products advertised therein, you acknowledge and agree that the SCG is not responsible for the availability of such non-SCG sites, products, or services, and is neither responsible nor liable for any content, advertising, products, services or other materials on or available from such sites. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the SCG grants the operators of public search engines permission to use spiders to copy content from our web pages for the sole purpose of creating publicly available searchable indices, but not caches or archives of such content; and provided that such spiders do not affect operation of our site(s). The SCG reserves the right to revoke these exceptions either generally or in specific cases;

As indicated above, members of the SCG will likely be to create an to make a donation on our website(s). To create an account, you must be at least 18 years old and you must provide truthful and accurate information about yourself. Do not try to and do not impersonate anyone else when you create your account. If your information changes at any time, please update your account to reflect those changes. You agree to update such information to keep it true and accurate. The SCG is not responsible or liable for any inaccurate information you provide.

Furthermore, if a password is required to access certain features on our website(s), make sure you select a password that would be difficult to guess, and change it regularly as an added precaution. You agree not to share your password or share access to your account. You agree that you are responsible for activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of unauthorized use of your password or account.

We reserve the right to deactivate a login account at our discretion to help ensure the security of our website(s).

TEXT MESSAGING AND ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

You represent and warrant that any communications with the SCG that you initiate through our website(s) shall at all times comply with all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, the CAN-SPAM Act, and all other laws and regulations concerning privacy, telemarketing, and the sending of SMS text messages.

If/when operative, to permanently cease receiving text messages from the SCG, you can simply reply STOP to any SCG text message. You can also adjust your settings or your preferred method of communication through the appropriate communications portal on our website(s).

If/when operative, you may sign up to receive certain SCG notifications or information via text messaging. You may incur additional charges from your wireless provider for these services. You agree that you are solely responsible for any such charges. Please be aware that texting charges can fluctuate internationally. Text messaging rates can normally be found by asking your service provider.

In order to ensure that we are able to provide communications to you electronically, you should notify us of any change in your email address and/or your mobile device number by updating your profile on our website(s).

We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards and personnel policies, consistent with generally accepted industry standards that are designed to safeguard our website(s) and any of the personal information obtained from our Users whether directly or indirectly.
